My experience was amazing from beginning to end.  Kelly went the extra mile from the minute I first met with her, running samples back and forth until I made my final decision.  She listened to my concerns about picking just the right shade of brown for my floors and patiently worked with me to find the right choice.  Their installer, Juan and crew, did a fantastic job knocking out the job in two days for approximately 1,200 sq.ft.  They worked non stop and cleaned up meticulously when they were done.  Her pricing was well below other stores I visited and K & M Boutique Flooring's service was above par.  I can't say enough good things about this group and would highly recommend them for your flooring needs.
